WHEN WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE?

Orders are shipped Monday-Friday and should arrive between 3-5 working days, if you haven't received your order after 5 working days, please get in touch at hello@rokah.co.uk

WHAT SHIPPING METHODS TO YOU OFFER?

Shipping is tracked and estimated to be between 3-5 working days. The shipping options available for your country will be displayed at checkout. Standard delivery is £5 within the UK. We do offer free UK shipping over £80. Delivery costs to mainland Europe are £15 and £25 for international shipping. 

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY

We do ship internationally, the delivery fee for Europe is £15 and £25 internationally. Shipping is tracked and estimated to be between 8-10 working days. 

CUSTOMS DUTIES & CHARGES

Orders crossing borders may incur duty and tax fees set by your country. These fees are not included in your order and will need to be paid locally upon receipt. Please contact your local customs office if you need further information before placing your order.  We can not be held responsible for any extra charge or custom duties.


Returns

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

At ROKAH we aim to provide excellent customer service, but most of all want you to be happy with your bikini! If you have any questions prior to your purchase please email us at hello@rokah.co.uk and we will do our best to resolve your queries. 

If you would like to return or exchange an item please send it back to us within 30 days of  receiving your order. Items must have labels and hygiene liner (if applicable) intact. For reasons of hygiene, without a hygiene liner we are unable to accept your return and exchange the item. 

If you would like to exchange or return an item, please email us at hello@rokah.co.uk. Please note that all customers are responsible for shipping & customs charges. When returning, please make sure you obtain a proof of postage certificate.
